Planet Tracker Reports available on Refinitiv Research Archive

With immediate effect, all Planet Tracker’s research papers and blogs are freely available to subscribers to Refinitiv’s real-time research archive, which includes more than 55 million research documents, produced by 1,300 researchers including major brokers and independent contributors and covers equities, fixed income, economics and ESG.

Planet Tracker’s thematic industry and company research, which does not include stock recommendations, is designed to complement the work of financial institutions by helping analysts, portfolio managers, traders, salespeople, bankers and corporate managers to incorporate the impact of environmental issues that are too often treated as immaterial externalities when making investment decisions.

With global multi-asset class coverage, Refinitiv’s investment research analysis tools can help provide flexible access to deep content sets to support investment research, offering independent and unbiased sources which help generate accurate, timely ideas and research. Contributors provide their research from 87 countries, spanning major, developing and emerging markets.

Planet Tracker’s Director of Research,  John  Willis, commented: “Our research is particularly aimed at the financial institutions, so this co-operation with Refinitiv – combined with our recent agreement with the Bloomberg Research Portal – means that we reach a much wider audience with our analyses of important global industry sectors and themes, which reveal the role of capital markets in the degradation of our ecosystem and show the opportunities for transitioning to a zero-carbon, nature positive, just economy well before 2050”.
